The working principle of vacuum cleaning: there is more residual gas in the cleaning agent, the gas content is 8-10 times that of water, and the high-frequency wave emitted by the ultrasonic vibrator will attenuate when it encounters the gas (residual oxygen), which affects the precision cleaning effect of ultrasonic. The ultrasonic cavitation effect is also difficult to develop, so vacuum degassing is required. First, the cleaning basket enters the cleaning tank. At this time, the cylinder drives the tank cover to automatically close the cleaning tank, the vacuum degassing system starts, the air in the tank is exhausted, and the gas in the narrow gap of the product to be cleaned and the gas contained in the cleaning agent can be extracted in the vacuum state, the ultrasonic start, the swing device starts, and the washing basket is driven to rotate, so that the cleaning agent can be fully cleaned; After the set time, the vacuum is released, the cylinder head is opened, and the cleaning basket goes to the next tank

2. Vacuum distillation recovery principle:

1) Heating: Indirect heating method of heat conduction oil is adopted. The lower part of the tank is equipped with a heating oil ladle, and an external heat conduction oil heating box is located, and the heating power is 12kW. First, the heat conduction oil is heated by the heating pipe, and then the heating oil is transported to the heating oil drum through the pump, and then transported back to the heating box for heating after heat exchange, and so on. The heating oil drum has an independent temperature control system, and the oil temperature is adjustable R.T.~140°C

2) The cleaning agent (solvent 1) to be recovered is pumped into the vacuum distillation recovery tank through the pump, and before entering the vacuum recovery tank, it first enters a heat exchange cylinder, where it is heat exchanged with the HC steam pipe recovered by distillation. After vacuuming, the cleaning agent boils and evaporates rapidly to produce HC vapor, which can then be condensed and recovered in the condensation area, and the recovered pure cleaning agent is discharged into the reservoir and recycled, with automatic refill cycle and rinsing function.

3) Powerful vacuum pressure reducing system, equipped with vacuum pressure reducing pump, vacuum display table. The vacuum motor is Siemens and is equipped with a solenoid valve. The recovery capacity of vacuum distillation is 200L/H, the boiling point of hydrocarbide is 172°C at room temperature and pressure, and the boiling point can be reduced under reduced pressure.

1. The vacuum cleaning

dryer uses the physical changes of the liquid in the vacuum state to change some characteristics of the hydrocarbon cleaning agent and the cleaned object, so as to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages, so that the advantages of hydrocarbon cleaning agent can be better played.

The main role of vacuum technology in cleaning is:

1. Take out the air in the cleaning agent to reduce the attenuation of ultrasonic. In order to improve the cleaning effect, ultrasonic technology is generally used in the cleaning machine, which uses ultrasonic oscillators to vibrate tens of thousands of times per second to emit sound pressure that is more than 100,000 times that can be heard by the human ear. In the case of cleaning, the ultrasonic wave is radial in the liquid, which makes the cleaning liquid flow and produces a large number of vacuum air bubbles, which is cavitation. The liquid flow generated by this cavitation and the energy generated by the instantaneous bursting of tens of thousands of high-pressure vacuum air bubbles continuously impact the surface of the cleaned object, causing the dirt on the surface and crevices to peel off quickly. However, under normal pressure, the air particles dissolved in the cleaning agent will produce bubbles when they encounter ultrasonic, and the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves will be greatly attenuated, and the cleaning effect will be weakened. In a vacuum, the gas in the cleaning agent is removed, thus avoiding the attenuation of ultrasonic waves.

2. Remove the air on the surface and pores of the workpiece to improve the cleaning effect. In traditional cleaning, the unsatisfactory cleaning effect is often due to the fact that the air in the blind holes, rough surfaces and small crevices cannot be discharged, which affects the infiltration of the cleaning agent and produces cleaning blind spots. After the application of vacuum technology, all the air on the surface, gap and blind hole of the part can be discharged, so that the cleaning agent can be completely immersed in every part of the workpiece, so that all parts of the workpiece can achieve the best cleaning effect. For workpieces with complex structures and deep blind holes, it is also possible to exhaust all the air through more than two evacuation and venting processes. Therefore, in the vacuum state, the cleaning effect is better than under normal pressure.

3. Reduce the boiling point, so that the hydrocarbon cleaning agent can also achieve gas phase cleaning. In the last step of cleaning, the cleaning agent is heated to produce pure cleaning agent steam, and the workpiece is cleaned in the gas phase with solution steam, so that the oil dissolved in the cleaning solution will not remain on the surface of the workpiece. Since the boiling point of hydrocarbon cleaning agents is higher than the flash point, it is not possible to steam clean the workpiece at atmospheric pressure. The vacuum cleaning dryer uses the principle of reducing the boiling point of the liquid in the vacuum state, and greatly reduces the boiling point of the hydrocarbon solvent by vacuuming the sealed cleaning tank, and only needs to heat the hydrocarbon cleaning agent to about 80 °C to make it boil and realize gas phase cleaning.

4. Use the vacuum boiling effect to improve the drying speed. Since the boiling point of hydrocarbon cleaning agents is above 140 °C, it generally takes about one hour to completely volatilize at room temperature and pressure. Such a drying speed is certainly not enough to meet the cycle time requirements of process cleaning. The method of heating and drying is easy to produce fire hazards, which is one of the main reasons why hydrocarbon cleaning agents are not widely used in China. The vacuum cleaning dryer generally carries out steam cleaning and vacuum drying in a tank, and the temperature of the workpiece is increased while the workpiece is steam cleaned, and then the drying tank quickly enters a higher vacuum state, and the cleaning liquid on the surface of the workpiece will suddenly boil (vacuum boiling effect) and quickly volatilize clean.

5. Vacuum distillation to regenerate and reuse hydrocarbon cleaning agent. The distillation and regeneration of the cleaning agent is to use the boiling point difference between the cleaning agent and the dirt to heat the cleaning agent dissolved with oil to above the boiling point of the cleaning agent and control it below the boiling point of the oil stain, so that the cleaning agent is vaporized, and then re-condensed into a pure cleaning agent through the condensing device, while the oil and mechanical impurities with higher boiling point are left at the bottom of the retort. Halogenated hydrocarbon cleaners are relatively easy to regenerate by distillation due to their low boiling point and non-flammability, so many halogenated hydrocarbon cleaners come with a distillation regeneration unit. However, due to the high boiling point and low flash point of hydrocarbon cleaning agents, distillation and regeneration at atmospheric pressure is impossible. The distillation and regeneration device of the vacuum cleaning dryer reduces the boiling point of the hydrocarbon cleaning agent to 80 °C under high vacuum, so that the cleaning solution dissolved in the cleaning tank is continuously pumped into the distillation device, heated and evaporated in the vacuum, and then condensed into a cleaning solvent and returned to the cleaning tank, so that the cleaning solution is always kept clean. The oil remains at the bottom of the distillation unit and is discharged regularly.

6. Isolate oxygen, so that the hydrocarbon cleaning agent loses the combustion condition. The flash point of most hydrocarbon cleaning agents is about 50 °C, which is a flammable liquid with high flash point in China's "Classification and Marking of Commonly Used Hazardous Chemicals" (GB13690-92). Although the flash point is high, there is still a risk of burning at high temperatures or in the presence of combustible materials such as paper and cotton wool. Therefore, the control of fire insurance has become a problem that must be solved in its popularization and use. Combustion requires three necessary conditions: combustibles, temperature, and oxygen, and combustion cannot occur without one of them. The oxygen content is extremely low in the vacuum state, and in the process of cleaning, drying and distillation and regeneration, even if the temperature of the hydrocarbon cleaning agent reaches above the flash point, due to the absence of oxygen, a necessary condition for combustion is lost, and the hydrocarbon cleaning agent will not burn, thus ensuring the safety of use.
