Detailed introduction
The ultrasonic vibrating rod is a radial vibration of the rod body through a transducer with high power and large amplitude, and the ultrasonic wave is uniformly generated at 360° near the vibrating rod, and its amplitude is between the ultrasonic cleaner and the processor, so the direction of use is more flexible. The ultrasonic vibrator can be used for cleaning in any tank, and can be freely placed in any position in the cleaning tank, while occupying a small volume space, which can be used very flexibly. It is used in the inside of the reactor, which can be used to accelerate dissolution, accelerate the reaction and prevent fouling on the inner wall.
The ultrasonic vibrating rod uses the positive and negative pressure alternating period existing in the transmission process of ultrasonic waves, and in the positive phase, the medium molecules are extruded and the original density of the medium is increased, and in the negative phase, the medium molecules are sparse and discrete, and the density of the medium decreases. Ultrasonic vibrator can produce ultrasonic waves uniformly around 360°, and the output of energy is not affected by load changes such as liquid level and temperature difference, ultrasonic vibrators generally include high-power ultrasonic transducers, luffing rods, tool heads (transmitters), which are used to generate ultrasonic vibrations and emit this vibration energy into the liquid. The transducer converts the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, i.e., ultrasonic. It is manifested in the longitudinal telescopic movement of the transducer, and the amplitude is generally a few microns. Such amplitude power density is not enough and cannot be used directly. The amplitude changer is designed to amplify the amplitude to isolate the reaction solution and the transducer, and also to fix the entire ultrasonic vibration system. The tool head is connected to the luffing rod, which transmits the ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head, which then emits the ultrasonic energy into the chemical reaction liquid.
products
●Cavitation is generated around the vibrating rod, and the ultrasonic energy is very evenly distributed around the tank or cylinder, so as to achieve the best cleaning effect.
●The power output of the ultrasonic vibrator is not affected by the load changes such as liquid level, tank capacity and temperature difference, and the power output is stable and uniform.
●The service life of the ultrasonic vibrating rod is more than 1.5 times that of the traditional ultrasonic vibrating plate.
●The round tube design can easily install the vibrating rod in any position in the tank.
● Guaranteed to be completely sealed and waterproof.

|
Emulsification direction Phacoemulsification refers to the process of mixing two (or more) immiscible liquids to form a dispersed system under the action of ultrasonic energy, and one liquid is evenly distributed in the other liquid to form an emulsion. |
|
|
Dispersion direction Ultrasonic dispersion refers to the process of dispersing and deaggregating particles in the liquid through the "cavitation" effect of ultrasonic waves in the liquid using the liquid as the medium. |
|
|
Cleaning direction Ultrasonic cleaning is the use of ultrasonic cavitation, acceleration and direct flow in the liquid to directly and indirectly effect on the liquid and dirt, so that the dirt layer is dispersed, emulsified and peeled off to achieve the purpose of cleaning. |

Water treatment direction The cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves provides the possibility of degrading harmful organic matter in water, so that the purpose of ultrasonic sewage treatment can be realized. In the process of sewage treatment, the cavitation of ultrasonic waves has a strong ability to degrade organic matter, and the degradation rate is very fast, the cavitation bubble collapses to produce hydroxide group (OH) and hydrogen group (H), which oxidizes with organic matter, and can convert harmful organic matter in the water body into CO2, H2O, inorganic ions or organic matter that is less toxic than the original organic matter and easy to degrade. |
